With over 19+ years of rich experience in the Electronic Low Voltage (ELV) and Building Automation industry, Dinesh Pal has been at the forefront of designing and delivering advanced security and automation solutions for leading enterprises across India. His expertise spans across CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, Networking, and Building Management Systems (BMS), serving clients in diverse sectors such as IT-ITES, Hospitality, Pharma, Airports, Defense, Oil & Gas, Banking and Critical Infrastructure. He holds an MBA in Marketing Management and Electronics Engineering bachelor degree from Mumbai University.

Before founding Smart Connex Systems, Dinesh held key leadership roles at Moglix (DigiMRO Distribution) and prior to Moglix, he has also held various roles at global technology companies including Honeywell International, Resideo International (ADI Global Distribution) and Veecon Magal S3. Throughout his career, he has been recognized for his strategic approach to sales and customer experience, successfully managing national key accounts like Honeywell, Siemens, Johnson Controls, Convergint, Chubb and other national key accounts.

Driven by innovation and a passion for customer-centric solutions, Dinesh established Smart Connex Systems with a mission to bring intelligent, integrated, and reliable ELV & automation solutions to modern infrastructures. His focus remains on quality execution, transparent collaboration, and technology-led excellence.
